Abritas is a growing software company providing innovative web based systems for local government. We require a talented ASP.NET / SQL Developer to apply their technical skills within the development team.
As an ASP.NET / SQL Developer you will develop new business functions within our Abritas software suite. You will work alongside a team of skilled developers and be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle. You may have a customer facing role during implementation projects.
Your skills using ASP.NET and SQL are paramount for this stimulating role developing web based applications. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the full project life cycle undertaking a variety of work, whilst working in a friendly environment.
Essential to your success as an ASP.NET /SQL Developer will be your degree level education (or equivalent), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Abritas is a growing software company providing innovative web based systems for local government. We are currently seek to recruit an experienced Project Manager with at least 2-3 years proven project management experience ideally gained within a web based delivery environment.
As the Project Manager you will have strong project management skills, and experience of software implementation and delivery. You will be part of their highly skilled project management team, working on their award winning web based products that are transforming the housing IT sector.
Your role will involve managing the implementation process for new clients across multiple partner organisations as well as managing the rollout of additional modules to existing clients. This process will involve the complete project lifecycle including; requirements gathering, client process analysis, implementation, system testing, user acceptance tests and rollout. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with pre-sales work, including managing responses to tenders as well as ongoing account management.
As the Project Manager you will be working in a stimulating environment where new requirements are rapidly developed and rolled out in order to maintain our client’s market leading position. Your role will be client facing so you need excellent communication, negotiating and account management skills. You will also need to be a good team player and a self starter who is able to pick up new technologies and business knowledge quickly.
This position is based in our client’s Reading office, with some travel to their clients’ offices throughout the UK being required. The successful applicant will benefit from working on a variety of projects in a friendly working environment, with outstanding potential for career development.

Joining our expanding team, as an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst your role will involve providing 1st line helpdesk support to external customers, assisting them as they use the company's web-based software, over the telephone or by email. We will provide full in-house training and support on the application, ensuring you are knowledgeable and comfortable in assisting our customers.
As an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst you will maintain a high degree of customer service at all times, and you will be required to take ownership of user problems. Responding to enquires in an efficient and friendly manner, you will help to resolve practical issues and software problems, referring escalated issues to 2nd and 3rd line support personnel.
