SMS integration

Providing multiple access channels for client contact is a key part of the e-Government agenda. Text messaging (SMS) is becoming increasingly popular as a way of communicating with and handling transactions from customers.

Many of our choice based lettings schemes use SMS as a bidding channel. In addition, SMS can be used as an easy method of communicating with clients - our infrastructure makes it easy to send a message to a client simply by clicking on an icon.

Abritas have developed comprehensive infrastructure to manage this type of service. Moreover, we have put in place robust server and telecommunications infrastructure to enable us to host these applications on behalf of our clients. This is a major benefit to our clients since by sharing this infrastructure they are able to minimise the setup costs of text messaging services.
