Disaster recovery

To complement our extremely high quality hosting services, we also offer a number of disaster recovery options. As a matter of policy Abritas always maintain at least two completely independent hosting environments in geographically separate locations.

With our Enhanced Disaster Recovery option, your system is always up and running in both environments. Data is syncronised to the standby system each night.

In the event of a disaster, the EDR option is invoked, and Abritas arrange for your staff and customers to be switched over to the standby system.

Since all of our systems are internet based, this is a straightforward process involving minimal service interruption.
