Creating correspondence in an efficient and simple way is a critical part of many local authority functions. Nova-HX incorporates comprehensive facilities for creating letter templates, and for manually or automatically generating letters from those templates.
When combined with our workflow technology, this is a very powerful business tool. Your system can be configured so that letters are automatically generated at any point in the workflow - for example an offer letter can be created when an offer of accommodation is made.
Editing of both letters and the templates on which they are based is performed within the application iside your web browser. Letter text is held within the Nova-HX database, and a complete audit trail of changes can therefore be maintained.
