Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a fundamental part of the Nova-HX architecture. All of our modules are built using our CRM infrastructure. This means that all events that occur in the system (for example making a decision about a housing register application) are automatically recorded in our CRM system.
This infrastructure means that it is easy to build up a cross-department, or event cross-partner view of the interactions with a particular household. For example, the CRM screen could show the status of a household's housing register application, homelessness application and supporting people assessment.
