Support & maintenance

An implementation project with Abritas does not end when your system goes live. We believe that the provision of an excellent support and maintenance service is essential to developing a long term partnership with our clients.

All Abritas clients have access to our email and telephone based support. Our support team is staffed by software developers who are involved in the implementation of Nova-HX systems. You are therefore able to speak directly to a professional and knowledgable person who has a good understanding of your system. We have a well defined SLA that defines our response times to issues.

Nova-HX is being enhanced and developed on a continual basis, both as a result of feedback from our user group, and as a result of technological innovations. Upgrades are included as part of our maintenance package, and we have robust infrastructure in place to manage code control, system releases and software versions.
