Our support team are responsible for all aspects of the hardware, software and telecommunications infrastructure provided as part of our offering. We manage all aspects of the hosting environment including backups, operating system maintenance, database maintenance and performance tuning.

We have comprehensive monitoring in place to alert us to any potential system issues. Our support team are automatically notified of issues requiring attention via text message.
