Efficient and sensitive processing of homelessness cases is an increasing priority for many local authorities. Moreover managing properties used for temporary accommodation, and providing financial monitoring and control of the homelessness service all add to the drain on staff and resources. Recognising the challenges faced in this area the Nova-HX homelessness module is designed to specifically address the issues surrounding homelessness. The Nova-HX homelessness module handles all aspects of case and temporary accommodation management.

Features include; full management of each case, reminders when deadlines for cases are approaching, temporary accommodation management, income and expenditure monitoring and automatic production of statutory reports including the P1E.

Nova-HX has been designed to be flexible. By using configurable workflow based processing, it can be easily set up to exactly meet the specific needs of your homeless case management process.
