Our choice based lettings service brings together high quality support and leading edge technology to ensure that setting up and running your choice based lettings scheme is straightforward.

Abritas have implemented choice based lettings for over 50 clients, so we are very familiar with the issues that can be encountered. We will therefore guide you through the process of setting up your scheme using our well proven approach.
