Management team

Stephen Oliver

Stephen has worked in the IT industry since graduating from Birmingham University in 1985 with a BSc Joint Honours in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering. Prior to founding Abritas with Richard, Stephen spent five years as an Executive Director at US investment bank Goldman Sachs. Here Stephen was responsible for a series of critical implementation projects. This was preceded by five years at software house TCAM Systems, where he managed large scale database driven settlement system projects. Stephen also spent five years working for UK systems house Logica, primarily involved with the development of TV and satellite broadcast systems.

Richard Percival

Richard has worked in the IT industry since graduating from the University of Sussex with a degree in Electronic Engineering with Computing in 1984. Prior to founding Abritas with Stephen, Richard was the Managing Director of the consultancy Information Link, which provides a broad range of information technology consultancy services. Before that Richard project managed and implemented a number of significant database computer systems for Circle 33 and UK systems house Logica.

Simon Reynolds

Simon's work in social housing began when he was assigned the task of implementing the Choice Based Lettings system for the ODPM pilot scheme at The London Borough of Lewisham. The Lewisham pilot scheme was one of the 27 pilots to be funded by the ODPM and went live in May 2002. The Lewisham pilot scheme used the fully integrated Choice Based Lettings module within the Nova-HX housing management system from Abritas to bring together the Council and the 9 RSL partners in one, combined, Choice Based lettings scheme. Simon then moved to Abritas to work in promoting Nova-HX to other local authorities and housing associations.
