Northern Housing Consortium Select Abritas as CBL Partners. We are pleased to announce that following the Consortium's OJEU procurement, Abritas will be working in partnership with them to offer CBL solutions to Consortium members.

Wychavon and Abritas launch Digi TV bidding. Applicants using Wychavon's CBL scheme can now bid using their SKY or Virgin Media digital TV, or their 3 mobile phone.

Our expanding Nova-HX housing suite includes modules for housing register, homelessness, choice based lettings, temporary accommodation management, rents (expenditure tracking) and e-Government & CRM.

Over 60 local authority clients are now using the Abritas choice based lettings service. Over the last six years Abritas have implemented CBL for authorities across the country. An increasing number of clients are choosing the sub-regional approach, and Abritas have a wealth of experience to help our clients in establishing this type of scheme.

ELLC advertise social housing available for rent in London for Newham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest and Havering. They also provide the More Choice in Lettings service for Barking and Dagenham, Southwark Homesearch service for Southwark council and the Choice Homes Service for Thurrock in Essex. ELLC make full use of the available bidding channels, including SMS, automated phone line and kiosks.

HomeSelecta logo

Homeselecta is a partnership between Guildford Borough Council, Hart District Council, Rushmoor Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council to give housing applicants and tenants more housing choice and greater mobility. HomeSelecta went live in March 2007 - the first DCLG funded sub-regional scheme to do so. in addition to a common sub-regional allocation policy, each of the partners have their own local policies - all of which are managed by the Abritas system.

Derby Homefinder is a partnership between Derby City Council, Derby Homes and a number of housing associations in Derby. In addition to choice based lettings, Derby also use the Abritas housing register and homelessness modules.
